(Seattle, WA) The 2022 U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur champion, Shelly Stouffer, is looking for more success, as she went four over par in her two stroke play rounds this weekend at Broadmoor Golf Club to have the lowest score of the weekend.

Stouffer’s two-day total of four over par put her one shot ahead of Nadene Gole and Brenda Corrie Kuehn, who both shot five over par for the two days, with Brenda Corrie Kuehn shooting one under, the only round under par today.

Kim Shek, from Sammamish, shot a pair of 77’s which found her in a tie for 17th, advancing herself to the match play portion of the Championship.

Tomorrow, stroke play will begin, but first, there will be a playoff, where eight players will battle for six spots in the match-play portion of the Championship. 64 total players advance to the knockout style, match play portion of the Championship. The Championship match will take place on Wednesday.

All days of the Championship are free for fans to show up, support some great golf, and visit a historic course in Seattle.
