4A – Skyline was the 1-seed for the second straight year and for the second straight year, faced a 7-seed in the State Championship Game. Skyline would take on Woodinville and would defend their State Championship with a 2-1 win in a thrilling shootout. Skyline won 4-0 over 16-seed Rogers (Puyallup) 4-0 in the opening round, then won over 8-seed Mount Si 2-1 in the quarterfinals, then won 5-0 over 13-seed Issaquah in the semifinals.

In the third-place match, Issaquah and 3-seed Gonzaga Prep also played in a penalty kick shootout, where Issaquah won 2-1 in the match and 2-1 in the shootout.

3A – Roosevelt had lost in the 2022 State Championship Match 1-0 to Bellevue and came back as a 14-seed to make another appearance in the State Championship Match, this time against Shorecrest, and would win 4-1. Roosevelt took on 19-seed Mountain View and won 3-0, then knocked off 3-seed Seattle Prep 1-0. In the quarterfinals, Roosevelt won 6-1 over 11-seed Ferndale, and in the semifinals, they knocked off 7-seed Lincoln (Seattle) 4-0.

In the third-place match, 4-seed Lakeside (Seattle) took down Lincoln (Seattle) 2-1.

2A – 7-seed Ridgefield took down 1-seed West Valley (Spokane) 3-2 in penalty kicks to win their first State Championship in Girls Soccer. The Spudders defeated 10-seed Sequim 9-0 in the opening round, then took down 2-seed Fife 2-1 in penalty kicks, and beat 3-seed Columbia River 1-0 in the semis.

Columbia River won 2-1 over 4-seed East Valley (Yakima) in the third-place match.

1A – Seattle Academy has been in three of the last four State Championship Matches, winning in 2019 1-0 over Cascade (Leavenworth), losing in 2021 1-0 to Deer Park, and winning once again last year, 2-0 over 1-seed Klahowya. As a 2-seed, Seattle Academy won 7-0 over 15-seed Lynden Christian in the opening round, then won 5-1 in the quarterfinals over 10-seed The Bear Creek School, and won 1-0 over 6-seed Montesano.

Montesano won 3-1 over 5-seed La Center in the third-place match.

1B/2B – As the 1-seed, Crosspoint would win the State Championship with a 2-1 win over the 2-seed, Kalama. Crosspoint won 2-0 over 9-seed Onalaska in the quarterfinals, then won 3-2 over 5-seed Northwest Christian (Colbert) in the semifinals.

3-seed Davenport won the third-place match 4-3 in OT over Northwest Christian (Colbert).
