This post follows the District 2 3A Girls District Tournament. We have all the match-ups and link to the official bracket. Plus we cover the games Eli Sports Broadcasts and provide links to other coverage for games we are not at that we can find from other media sources. We add the most recent games to the top of the post. 6 teams will advance to the State 3A girls Tournament at the conclusion of this tournament on Saturday.

(Bellevue, WA) Seattle Prep had 2 big chances to take the win in this game. 1st, jumping out to an 8-0 lead and then late in regulation with a 2 point lead a foul with just 2 seconds to go allowed the Crusaders 2 shots and they tied the game forcing overtime. Eastside Catholic hit a big 3-ball early in OT and never looked back pulling away for the 9 point win.
Eastside Catholic advances to the semi-finals on Thursday against Garfield at 6:30pm but also has qualified for the State Tournament. Seattle Prep drops into the Consolation Bracket and will play Holy Names Academy on Friday at 8pm in a winner to state, loser out contest. Both games will be at Bellevue College.

Garfield 64, Holy Names Academy 43
The Garfield Bulldogs took a big early lead and pulled away to a 32-14 lead at the half cruising to a quarterfinal win over Holy Names Academy. The defending State Champion Bulldogs advance to the Semi-Finals on Thursday at Bellevue College against Eastside Catholic. Holy Names falls into the consolation bracket and takes on SDeattle Prep on Friday at 8pm in a winner to state, loser out game.
