Riverhawks Look to Jump Back into League Contention

Last Season: 5-5 Overall (5-3 MCC), Lost 34-14 to Gonzaga Prep in Districts
Chiawana High School is know for its powerhouse athletic programs, including football. The past nine seasons, the Riverhawks have claimed five conference titles including multiple undisputed seasons inside the MCC. So after a 5-5 overall record last year, they weren’t happy.
“It’s not what we expect. Kids felt it too,” said Head Coach Scott Bond about last season.

“There is an expectation. From January until now, they’ve put in the work. It’s been fun.”
