Trending Up: Tenino Girls Soccer Coach Kevin Schultz

The Tenino girls soccer team was primed for another run in the state tournament in 2020, but the pandemic has moved their season to 2021. Head coach Kevin Schultz sits down for an interview with ESN’s Matt Baide to talk about what the team has been able to do during the pandemic, what a potential season will look like in 2021 and senior leaders Brieanna Dell and Iris Campesino signing to play soccer at the collegiate level.

The Beavers finished 18-1-1 last season, winning the Evergreen 1A League title and the district championship. Tenino defeated South Whidbey 2-1 in the opening round of the state tournament before falling to Seattle Academy 5-0.
