Mental training is a vital part of your workout, especially now with sports on hold here in Washington.  To help student-athletes and coaches make mental conditioning a priority, the WIAA has teamed up with Collin Henderson and Ngozi Musa to offer Mind Gym Wednesdays.  Starting Wednesday, October 7th, Collin and Ngozi will be hosting weekly seminars to help cultivate motivation and master habits of excellence.

THERE IS NO COST TO REGISTER.

As former WIAA student-athletes, Collin and Ngozi know what it’s like to be in our athletes’ shoes.  As mindset coaches, they’re here for student-athletes and coaches to help train mental toughness.  It’s time to get your mental reps in.  Register now.
