1/25/16

(Camas, WA) It was Daelon Floyd of Battle Ground vs Ethan Unger of Camas last night at the Warehouse. Both players matched basket for basket last night as the Camas Papermakers edged out the Battle Ground Tigers 70-61 to gain the conference win. Floyd had 7 points in the first half then added 16 in the second  for 23 points. On the other hand Unger tallied 11 in the first and 17 in the second for 28 points. It was a joy to watch these two hit clutch basket after basket.

The Papermakers held a 12 point lead after the first period. The Tigers found themselves down only six at the half and that set the stage for a great second half. Camas would outscore Battle Ground 38-35 in the second half to secure the hard fought win.

Daelon Floyd tallied 23 followed by Kobe Ford with 19 and Kyle Cahoon with 12 for the Tigers. For the Papermakers Ethan Unger hit for 28 followed by Alex Glikbarg with 12.

Battle Ground falls to 2-6 in conference and 5-10 overall. Camas will go to 6-2 in conference and 9-7 overall.
