Lady T-wolves get first league win on Brown’s put back basket





(Vancouver, WA) The home team Thunder and visiting Timberwolves got into a great defensive struggle last night at The Thunder dome. The game came down to the final 15 seconds. Vanessa Brown grabbed a rebound and got the put back to secure the win for Heritage. She would finish the game with 15 points and be the games high scorer.

Both teams battled one another all night, with the biggest lead of the game being seven by both teams several times during the contest.

Jenna Gulliford led the Thunder with 9 points followed by Christina Lundy with 5.

The Timberwolves record now goes to 1-6 in league and 6-9 overall. The Lady Thunder stay in third and run their record to 4-3 in conference and 10-5 overall.
